Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and kembang128 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "kembang128") regarding your access to and use of the kembang128 website located at https://kembang128.cam and any associated services, applications or tools made available therein.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, accepting a promotional offer or otherwise engaging with any feature of kembang128, you confirm that you have read, understood and irrevocably agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of kembang128 and close your account by contacting support.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the registered user profile created by an eligible individual to access kembang128 services.
• "Balance" means the total of verified MYR-equivalent funds held within a kembang128 Account, excluding any conditional bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded subject to applicable wagering requirements and expiry conditions.
• "Platform" means the kembang128 website, mobile interface, and all associated digital tools operated at https://kembang128.cam.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, wager, bet, bonus activation or transfer of value within a kembang128 Account.
• "Verification" means the KYC (Know Your Customer) process by which kembang128 confirms a User's identity, age and payment ownership.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed on a sports market, casino game, live dealer event or any other gaming product offered through kembang128.

Account Eligibility

To create and maintain a kembang128 Account, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.

• You have not previously had a kembang128 Account closed for breach of terms, fraudulent conduct, chargebacks or self-exclusion requests that remain in effect.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

kembang128 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Management

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. kembang128 relies on the accuracy of the information you provide and will not be liable for any consequence arising from inaccurate registration data.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username, password and any two-factor authentication method linked to your Account. You must not share login credentials with any other person. kembang128 shall treat all activity conducted through your credentials as authorised by you until a verified compromise is formally reported to our support team.

Where kembang128 reasonably suspects multiple accounts, identity fraud or any breach of these terms, it may without prior notice freeze funds, suspend access or permanently close the Account pending investigation. Any balance held during an investigation may be withheld until the matter is resolved.

Deposits & Withdrawals

kembang128 accepts deposits through supported Malaysian payment channels including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX and selected cryptocurrency networks. Available methods, minimum and maximum transaction limits and processing timeframes are displayed within the Account portal and may be updated periodically.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own legal name. kembang128 reserves the right to return funds to the originating method if third-party ownership is detected. Returned funds may be subject to applicable processing fees.

Withdrawals are subject to identity and payment verification. kembang128 may require supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal request, particularly where the Account has not previously completed full KYC verification or where the withdrawal amount exceeds applicable thresholds. Processing times vary by method. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically reviewed within one to three business days, subject to network conditions.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All Wagers placed on kembang128 are final once confirmed. kembang128 reserves the right to void a Wager where a technical error, odds feed failure, incorrect data input or manifest pricing error has occurred. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Account Balance.

Sports betting markets including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC and other events are governed by specific settlement rules applicable to each market type. Decimal odds represent the total payout per MYR 1 wagered, inclusive of the original stake. Mix Parlay selections require all legs to be settled in the player's favour for the full payout to be achieved; partial wins do not apply unless stated otherwise in the applicable market rules.

Live casino games use independently reviewed random number generation or certified live dealing procedures where applicable. Past game results have no bearing on future outcomes. kembang128 does not guarantee any particular return to player (RTP) figure on any individual session.

kembang128 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, restrict market access or suspend gaming activity where irregular betting patterns, arbitrage behaviour or suspected collusion is identified.

Bonuses & Promotions

Promotional offers made available through kembang128, including welcome bonuses, birthday rewards, referral bonuses, migration incentives and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses, are subject to individual terms published at the time of offer. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and Conditions and the specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail only in respect of the promotion to which they relate.

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Game contribution rates vary. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Refer to individual promotion pages for contribution percentages.
• Bonuses have defined expiry periods. Unused or partially wagered Bonus Funds that have expired will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• Only one promotional offer may be active at a time unless the applicable promotion terms state otherwise.
• kembang128 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion with reasonable notice, or immediately where abuse is suspected.
• Promotional rewards are not guaranteed income and must not be treated as such.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to applicable authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false identity, age or payment information at any stage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets or navigate the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing anomalies or promotional loopholes for financial gain.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage strategies or bonus abuse patterns as determined by kembang128's internal risk review processes.
• Using funds derived from unlawful activities to deposit or wager on the platform.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports markets to influence outcomes.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other users or the integrity of the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the kembang128 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, interface design, game content, odds displays and structural layouts, remains the exclusive intellectual property of kembang128 or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

The kembang128 name, logo and brand identity are proprietary. Any unauthorised use of these marks in a manner that could cause confusion, misrepresentation or reputational damage is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kembang128 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, missed promotions, technical outages, data inaccuracies or third-party service failures.

kembang128 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice. We will endeavour to restore service promptly but accept no liability for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.

kembang128 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, accuracy or completeness of any information provided on the platform, including odds, statistical data, game outcomes or promotional descriptions.

Account Suspension & Termination

kembang128 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where we reasonably determine that a User has breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation poses a legal, regulatory or reputational risk to the platform.

Upon termination for breach, any remaining Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Bonus Funds will be voided immediately. Where no breach is established following investigation, verified real-money funds will be returned to the User via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.

A User may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting kembang128 support. Verified remaining balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures following satisfactory verification.

Responsible Gambling

Nothing in this clause limits the application of mandatory consumer or gambling protection laws applicable to a User in their own jurisdiction. Malaysian users remain subject to applicable local laws and are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with those laws.
